An August day between water and table

August 12 brings more sunshine and heat to Fantastic Garden. The forecast consulted for the Sesto Fiorentino area gives a high of 38.7 °C and an apparent temperature up to 40.5 °C, with no rain: a thoroughly summery picture in which shade, water and a slower pace become part of the day.

The pool is today’s central story. A swim breaks the heat and restores lightness to the bright hours, while the surrounding garden keeps its quiet rhythm. It is a simple gesture, yet one that captures life here in the heart of August.

The story continues at table. Lunch brings fresh seafood spaghetti served bianco, restrained and maritime. For dinner, the special is grilled Chianina fillet with grilled vegetables and BBQ sauce: a Tuscan close to the day, served beside water that has grown calm with evening.
