PBL Cases: how Fantastic Garden learns from real problems
This section is not designed to prove how good we are. It is a practical record of how a team sees a problem, measures it, understands the emotion chain and turns it into a small MET that can be executed within 24-48 hours.
Minimum Executable Target. Do not wait for the perfect plan. Complete a small action first, then improve it.
Procedure, Borderline, List. Repeated problems must become a process, a clear boundary and a checklist.
Turning guest feedback into MET
When a guest reports a problem, a polite reply is not enough. The team must collect data, identify who is frustrated, understand who is involved and define one small action that can be checked within 24-48 hours.
Special items for Chinese weddings
Red pots, bowls, baskets, pans and bags cannot depend on one person's memory. Clear photos, clear names, clear storage and a handover checklist turn a cultural detail into an SOP.
Clear boundaries at the pool
If hotel guests and outside pool guests do not understand which loungers are reserved, conflict starts. The MET is to make the boundary visible through signage, layout and pre-opening checks.
Space, tables and perceived service
Experience is not created only by food quality. It comes from table density, waiting time, guest flow, staff response and the ability to correct discomfort immediately.
Editorial rule: public, but responsible
Public cases must be anonymized. Employee names, guest data, contact details, sensitive photos and spending information should not be published unless truly necessary. The purpose is to train the team, not expose people.
